Tali Salhon, co-founder of Paket Mutfak, shared his entrepreneurial journey, the challenges he faced, and the strategies he followed to grow the company.

He launched his first startup during his university years and successfully exited by selling it to Akbank. After gaining international experience in Kenya, he returned to Turkey and founded Paket Mutfak. With a model focused solely on delivery, he aimed to redefine the concept of restaurants. From the early days of waiting hours for their first order, the company has grown to deliver over 4,000 orders daily.

Tali emphasized that the investment processes played a crucial role in their growth, highlighting how working with both supportive and challenging investors helped push the company forward.

He spoke about the strength of their core team, their investment in technology, and their focus on expanding operations across Istanbul. He also shared their long-term ambition of entering global markets.

Reflecting on his personal growth, Tali noted how the journey shaped him and how important it is to invest in mental well-being.
"This path is tough, but meaningful," he said, offering this message to fellow entrepreneurs:
"Focus on your product, your culture, and the long term. Don’t chase exits—focus on creating real value."
